Willie Baker

Willie Baker, 2016 Night of Champions
Port Wentworth Police & Fire Departments
Willie is a hugger. That is how he says hello. Wille is unable to hear or speak, but that has not prevented his communicating for nearly a year with the Port Wentworth Police & Fire Departments. Willie uses photo charts to keep up with his tasks and indicates when supplies are needed by checking off a photo chart. No matter how bad things get out on the street, it all seems OK when greeted with a thumbs up and a smile. It is those that work with Willie that have benefited the most.
